Tops for skin: green tea, citrus fruits, pomegranate, spinach, collard greens, broccoli, romaine lettuce, egg yolks, wild salmon, walnuts, flax, canola oil, soybeans, sardines. For skin: bell peppers, whole grain cereals, peanut butter, avocado. For hair: spinach, broccoli, Swiss chard, legumes. For general health: canned light tuna, whole wheat pasta, lean beef, shrimp, turkey, brown rice. Save supplements for deficiencies, medical needs, says expert.
